Akinkunmi Amoo says he’s honored to be among the Super Eagles players picked for the World Cup qualifiers against Ghana.
Amoo who narrowly missed out on the 2021 African Cup of Nations in Cameroon, finally earned his first senior call up for the game.
The young midfielder has now joined the long list of the players who have represented Nigeria at the U17 to senior level.
“I am honoured.”, An excited Amoo said as posted the photo of himself in Super Eagles jersey for the first time.
The former Hammarby played will be hoping to make his debut for the three time African Champions at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi on Friday.
