Fourteen players are currently training in the camp of the Super Falcons of Nigeria ahead of the final phase of the CAF African Women’s Championship qualifiers against Ivory Coast.
The number rose to increased to 14 following the arrival of duo Mainz player Regina Otu, and West Virginia University star Nicole Payne Balogun.
Regina Otu who scored 8 goals for her Club last season and Nicole Payne arrived at the Abuja camp last night.
The two players spoke with the Super Falcons media department and they are optimistic that the Super Falcons will be victorious against the lady Elephants of Cote ‘D’ Ivoire.
With these two additions, we now have 14 players (3 foreign-based and 11 home-based) in camp.
3 foreign-based players – Yewande Balogun, Regina Otu, and Nicole Payne.
