Kano Pillars decided to lure the Super Eagles assistant coach back to the club ahead of the 2021-2022 Nigeria Professional Football League Season.
Salisu who managed Rangers International of Enugu last season signed two years contract with the Sai Masu Gida and was unveiled at the Club’s secretariat on Wednesday.
Salisu who led Rangers to a seventh-place finish with 62 points from 38 matches in the 2020/2021 NPFL season is returning to the club, after leading them to the league title 2008.
Yusuf Salisu has also managed top-flight clubs likes Enyimba and Lobi Stars.
The experienced gaffer is expected to lead the Pyramid Club to the league title next season.
