FC Nantes of France winger Simon Moses has touched down in the Super Eagles Lagos camp for the FIFA World Cup qualifiers with the Central Africa Republic.
The winger arrived at the Eko hotel camp Tuesday afternoon and it means coach Gernot Rohr now has 22 players available for training this evening.
Simon has been in good form for Nantes this season, notching five assists and one goal in nine games in the French Ligue One.
The former Levante forward was recently voted as Nantes player of the month last week and he’s expected to carry his good form into the match against the Central African Republic.
The Super Eagles will tackle the tiny Africans at the Teslim Balogun Stadium on Thursday and then move to Douala, Cameroon for the second meeting.
Nigeria is leading Group C with six points from two matches and two victories against the Raoul Savouy’s men will them closer to the next round tickets.
