Former Jigawa Golden Stars forward, Samuel Stone has signed for Enyimba International of Aba ahead of the 2021-2022 Season.
Stone penned a three-year contract with the eight time Nigerian Champions, after the expiration of his contract from relegated Jigawa Golden Stars FC.
The forward scored nine goals for Jigawa Golden Stars in just concluded campaign, but it wasn’t enough to help them escape relegation to the National League.
The acquisition of Stone will improve the People’s Elephants attacking option going into the 2021-2022 campaign, where they will be competing in the CAF Confederation Cup.
Enyimba fans will also expect the skilful to help reclaim the Nigeria Professional Football League title they lost to Akwa United last Season.
