Home-based Super Eagles defender Ifeanyi Anaemena has stated that players will continue to jump ship in the Nigeria Professional Football league at the slightest opportunity for pastures new because of the state of things in the Nigerian Professional Football League.
Anaemena whose contract with Rivers united expired at the end of the last campaign said in a chat with brila.net that the factors militating against the stability of players in the league are too numerous that players are not motivated to continue to desire to stay in the league.
He added that players are always glad to equally be on contract in the domestic league that makes leaving easy for them at the end of a season where they renew or travel abroad in search of greener pastures.
