Nigerian striker Peter Olayinka started for Slavia Praha in their 3rd round UEFA Champions League Qualifiers with Ferencvaros on Tuesday.
The Super Eagles star who is reputable goal scorer played in the attacking midfield area along with Lukas Masopust and Ivan Schranz.
He couldn’t make an impression in the match and was taken off after 15 minutes due to a suspected injury. Slavia Praha Coach Jindrich Trpisovsky replaced him with Lukas Masopust.
Slavia Praha won the match 1-0, thanks to goal scored by Lukas Masopust in the 36th minute of the encounter.
The visitors finished the game with ten man as Eldar Civic picked up two yellow cards in 79th and 84th minutes of the encounter.
Despite wining the game 1-0, Slavia Praha failed to advance to the Group phase as Ferencvaros already won the first leg at home 2-0.
