Arsenal have launched their new home kit for the 2017/18 season – with Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil part of the unveiling.
Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil has raised the hopes of Arsenal fans that they may stay at the club after speculation continues to surround the futures of the stars.
As the duo enter the final year of their contracts, talks over a new deal for both players have stalled with Sanchez attracting interest from Manchester City and Bayern.
The new club’s strip have now been officially launched by PUMA with club legends Robert Pires and Martin Keown in attendance at King Cross Station.
Sanchez and Ozil stand alongside, Per Mertesacker and Olivier Giroud as well as a number of other Arsenal fans.
Petr Cech also showed off the club’s new goalkeeper kit, with the 35 year old new outfit including two shades of green, with a later tone on the sleeves
While the players home kit is a darker red than usual, features a new collar design and the club’s famous cannon crested on the back.
Arsenal’s famous cannon has been featured on the club’s shirts for 50 years.
This is the fourth season of Puma shirts for the Gunners and the official Premier League shirt to be worn by players is on sale for £100.
