Ahead of the Sunday’s match with Portugal, the Falcons Coach Randy Waldrum has revealed he will make some changes to the Super Falcons starting line up.
The American gaffer will be expecting a positive response from his ladies after going down 1-0 to Raggae Girls of Jamaica in the opening day of international invitational tournament at the BBVAÂ Stadium on Thursday night.
After a good first half, the second Super Falcons struggled for intensity in the second half and they were duly punished by Deneisha Blackwood solitary strike.
“Now, we have an idea of the kind of players in camp and you’ll expect some changes in the second match.” Randy Waldrum told the press ahead of the second match.
Nigeria have an opportunity to make up for Thursday’s defeat when they tackle Portugal in their second match of the Summer Series at the same venue on Sunday, June 14.
