CAF Confederation is a priority for Enyimba – Osho

Coach Fatai Osho said  the CAF Confederation Cup remains a priority for Enyimba and he believes they have a very good chance of lifting the cup.

No Nigerian side has been able to win the competition and Enyimba is Nigeria’s sole representative in the Group phase.

The People’s Elephants are drawn in Group A of the competition along with Orlando Pirates, ES Setif and Ahli Benghazi.

Enyimba will kick start their group stage campaign at home to Ahli Benghazi, on Wednesday and Osho is optimistic that his side can remain the last team standing in the competition.

“We have a good chance of winning this competition,” he said in his pre match presser.

“Enyimba are title contenders and not just participants. We have what it takes to go all the way and become the first Nigerian winners of the Confederation Cup.”

After the game against Al Ahli Benghazi, next for the NPFL Champions is the trip to South Africa for the tie against Orlando Pirates.
