Akwa United boss Kennedy Boboye said the game against Jigawa Golden Stars is a must win for his team after their goalless draw with Warri Wolves.
Boboye said in chat with www.brila.net that the aim and the objective of the team is get maximum points against Katsina United to make up for the two points dropped in Ozoro on Monday.
“A point out of three is not bad, although we went there with the aim of winning, but the game didn’t work out as planned .
“We have another away game against Jigawa Golden Stars and its a must win for us since we couldn’t beat Warri Wolves, now we have to go to Kaduna and try to win.”
On the performance of his boys against Warri Wolves on Monday, the former Plateau United and Remo Stars boss said,
“Warri Wolves did their best, although they didn’t put us under pressure in the second half like they did in the first.
” We also didn’t play to our potentials but I’m satisfied with a point,” He concluded.
