Enyimba striker Victor Mbaoma has stated that he is excited to be back and returning with a bang after scoring what proved to be a crucial point on the road for Enyimba in Wednesday’s rescheduled Nigeria Professional Football League clash which ended 1-1 away to Warri wolves.
Mbaoma who made a return to the side having been sidelined with an injury at different times this season told brila.net that it has been a very tough one for him this season having to contend with injury but happy to be back at a crucial time for the People’s Elephant in their bid to eat back to the top of the league and also be in good form ahead of their continental engagement.
“I’m very happy, nothing gives joy like doing what you love to do. Nothing more exciting And IÂ was able to score and this gives a bright light. This will actually propel me to score more goals because we have to be on top.”
