Enyimba’s coach Fatai Osho has stated that his side wants to stay the course on champions league Football and doesn’t want to settle for playing in the CAF Confederation cup ahead of upper week’s fixture against Sudanese side Al-Merreikh.
Osho speaking in a chat with brila.net said his side has the resolution to ensure they don’t drop from the money-spinning CAF champions league after several exits lately at this stage of the competition.
He added that they actually want to play champions league Football this time around.
“We are so resolute that we don’t have any business playing in the Confederation cup, we want to play in the champions league because that’s where we belong and when you mention big teams in Africa, readily you mention Enyimba.”
