Former Super Eagles left fullback Taye Taiwo has joined Cypriot top-flight side Doxa Katokopias FC on a free transfer.
The former AC Milan and Queens Park Rangers defender has signed twelve months contract with the club with the option of another year.
He last played for Finnish side FC RoPs and he made 62 league appearances for the team scoring two goals.
Doxa Katokopias is Taiwo’s eleventh club since moving to Europe in 2004, The former Lobi Stars man has played for Olympic Marseille, AC Milan, Dynamo Kyiv, HJK Helsinki, Queen Park Rangers, Bursaspor and others.
He also made 54 appearances for the Super Eagles of Nigeria and scored eight goals in the return.
