Super Eagles left-back Jamilu Collins was on parade for Paderborn in their German Bundesliga clash with Borussia Dortmund on Sunday.
It was a bad day in the office for Collins and his teammates as they had no answers to Dortmund’s rampaging attack on the evening.
England’s Jadon Sancho was the star of the show as he scored the first hat-trick of his career on his first start since the Bundesliga resumed as Borussia Dortmund to lead his side to conformable 6-1 win.
Thorgan Hazard, Achraf Hakimi and Marcel Schmelzer were the other scorer for Dortmund, while Uwe Huenemeier scored Paderborn’s only goal of the game.
Collins was however booked for a yellow card in 60th after a rash challenge on Dortmund’s man of match Jadon Sancho.
The win kept alive Dortmund’s hopes of winning the Bundesliga title, Bayern Munich’s lead at the top now seven points with five games remaining.
Paderborn remain rooted at the bottom, eight points behind Fortuna Dusseldorf, who are 16th in a relegation play-off place.
