Coach of Nasarawa united FC Abubakar Arikya has expressed delight after his team defeated Enyimba 2-0 in one of Sunday’s NPFL match day 21 fixture ending the Peoples Elephant’s 6 games winning streak before the game.
Arikya speaking in a chat with brila.net said the win is capable of winning the fans of Nasarawa united back to continue to support the club and this he also hopes will motivate the players of the team in the fight for survival.
“We did it with our prayers and hard work. This is a great result. It will make our fans come back to support us.
“It will ginger our players to play very well against next opposition and we will move further up the table in the league.”
