Plateau United player, Omoyele Tosin has revealed that Plateau United players are determined and focused to take maximum points in their remaining NPFL fixtures so as not to lose the top spot of the NPFL to Lobi stars who are also top contenders of the Nigeria Professional Football League top spot.

“Ahead of our crucial game against Lobi Stars, we’re determined and focus, we don’t want to lose any chance again for Lobi stars to go ahead of us again. All of us (players) are ready to win, the management of the club have tried their best to motivate us, so we won’t let them down.”

On Plateau United’s 5-game unbeaten run, Tosin told brila.net that holding on to the top of the table since the start of the season was no easy task.

“The praise should go to players, technical crew and management, we made up our mind to not lose and it has worked, hopefully, we can continue like this.”

Tosin added that they are going for the 3points against Lobi Stars and believe with the fans behind them victory is achievable.
