Enyimba midfielder Austin Oladapo is optimistic his side can still qualify for the knock stage of the ongoing CAF Confederations Cup.
The Aba giants played out a 1-1 draw at home to Morrocan side Hassania Agadir at home on Sunday, a result that has put them at the risk of elimination.
The visitors took the early in the first half, but Oladapo equalized with a superb long-range drive before the half time break.
Enyimba, however, missed several chances in the second half as they failed to find the all-important winner.
Oladapo however in an exclusive interview with www.brila.net urged his teammates to forget about the point dropped at home and show the right attitude in their next group game against San Pedro.
“Everything is possible and I think with the performance of yesterday, if we stay humble and work hard, we can win the game and we also need to be positive and determined.”
The former Gombe United midfielder added that he’s happy to get his first continental goal for the Club, before dedicating it to God.
“I feel very happy about it and I just want to return all glory to God because he is the one behind it,” he told brila.net.
