AC Milan are closing in on the signing of Alvaro Morata, who is said to have agreed to an offer on the table from the Serie A side.
Morata moved back to Spain from Italian champions Juventus last summer but now appears to be bound for the peninsula once more.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the forward has accepted an offer from the Rossoneri of 7.5 million euros per season.
After meeting with the Spain international’s approval, the Diavolo are prepared to offer Los Blancos 60m euros in order to tempt them into parting with the striker.
The Italian newspaper report suggests that Morata has already made his mind up to leave the Spanish capital at the end of the season due to his lack of opportunities.
Milan director Massimiliano Mirabella has travelled to Spain in recent days and convinced the striker to return to Serie A and become the star man and spearhead of the Rossoneri.
