Senegal lost 1-0 to the USA on Thursday at the ongoing FIFA U20 World Cup in South Korea, but qualification into the knockout rounds of the competition is still open.

USA’s defence, which shipped two early goals to Ecuador in their opening match, looked far more steady throughout the match as they limited the scoring chances of Ibrahima Niane, Aliou Badji and Co.
Joseph Koto’s men will next face Ecuador, who are bottom with only a point from two matches.
