Nigerian forward David Okereke bagged a brave in Club Brugge’s 4-0 success over Zulte-Waregem in their Belgian League clash at the Jan Breydelstadion on Thursday night.
Okereke was a second-half substitute for his compatriot Emmanuel Dennis a minute before the half-hour mark and went on to score twice in the game.
Senegalese forward Kreppin Diata gave Club Brugge the lead on the half-hour mark before Okereke scored followed it up with a brace within three minutes.
Ruud Vormer scored the hosts’ fourth goal deep into stoppage time.
The 22-year-old has now scored nine goals in 17 league appearances for Brugge this season.
