Tunisian Referee, Youssef Essrairi has been appointed as Center referee for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier between Nigeria and South Africa on 10 June.
Essrairi, 40, is a top rated match official in Tunisia where he started his trade a decade ago.
In 2013 he officiated two matches involving a Nigerian team at the Africa U20 Cup of Nations.
The Tunisian match official took charge of the Flying Eagles’ Group Stage match against Gabon and Mali in the third place match. Nigeria won both matches.
On June 10, Essrairi will be assisted by compatriots Yamen Melloulchi, Hassen Abdelali with Said Mohamed Kordi as the fourth official.
The match commissioner will be Andy Quamie from Liberia and Kotey Alexander Neequaye from Ghana will be referee assessor.
