FUS Rabat will not sit back and defend in Wednesday’s CAF Confederation Cup match against Rivers United defender, Naif Aguerd has stated.

Aguerd said the visitors have no intention of playing negative football as they look to consolidate their leadership in Group A.

The Moroccan side picked three points in the win against Kampala City on matchday one of the competition, while Rivers United is looking for their first points.

The player admits that they know very little about their host but are eyeing early qualification to the next round and are confident of “getting a positive result in Nigeria.”
