Super Eagles Skipper Ahmed Musa has admitted that the Super Eagles will struggle to cope with the artificial turf when they take on Lesotho in Maseru.
The Super Eagles will take on the Crocodiles in the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match on Sunday, after their first Group L opening game against Squirrels of Benin Republic.
The game will be played in Maseuru’s stadium with an artificial turf and Musa expects the players to struggle.
”We are going to play on an artificial pitch, it is not that easy because some of the players are not used to playing on a synthetic pitch.
”But we know what everybody expects from us so we are going there to do our best to win.” He said.
