Villarreal have shared their support and excitement following the nomination of Super Eagles striker, Samuel Chukwueze who has been recognised as one of the best U21 players in Europe by France Football organisers of the Ballon d’Or.

Last season, in his first year at the top flight, the Nigerian forward scored ten times, and got four assists in 47 tie, whilst so far in this season, he has scored two goals and has assisted twice in only eight games.
The 20-years-old player who was nominated for the 2019 FIFA Golden boy award was named in a 10-man shortlist.
