Ighalo misses out in Shanghai Shenhua four-goal thriller

Odion Ighalo was on the pitch for 76 minutes in his second game since returning from injury, but the striker couldn’t find the back of the net as Shanghai Shenhua shared the spoils against Shandong Luneng in the CSL on Saturday.

Ighalo started for the visitors, but didn’t get a lot of chances in the games until he was replaced for Italian Stephan El Shaarawy.

The forward had a fairy decent game, scoring a 6.9 rating; managing just two shots on goal, per whoscored.com.

Shanghai Shenhua have not won a league game in their last four outings and currently sit 13th in the table, two places above the drop zone.
