Following his late arrival to the camp of the Super Eagles ahead of their Tuesday’s international friendly encounter with Ukraine, Kelechi Iheanacho is ready to play a part in the game according to the team technical adviser Gernot Rohr.
The Leicester City attacker arrived the team’s camp in Ukraine Monday afternoon and was on hand to take part in the team’s training session later in the evening.
The German tactician also added that the player looks good in training and might be among the starting eleven for the game.
The Leicester forward was left out of Nigeria’s 2019 African Cup of Nations in Egypt, due to his poor form with his English Premier League Club last season.
“Kelechi arrived the game this afternoon (Monday) and made the evening training session in the stadium with us ”
“The players missing luggage also arrived safely on Sunday,” The Coach said.
The Super Eagles will be hoping to be the first African side to inflict defeat on the Andriv Shevchenko side tonight after six-game.
