Black Stallions coach Weir targets winning start against Ivory coast

Coach of Nigeria’s senior Rugby national team Bronson Weir has stated that he want his side to record a strong start to their Tri nation West African series tie against Ivory coast later today when the Nigerian side face the Ivorians who already won their match number 1 on Tuesday against host Ghana by 22 – 12.
Weir speaking in a chat gathered by www.brila.net said having seen the Ivorian in action he already sees a very strong physical challenge loading against the Ivorians but expects his side to take their chances when it comes and hopefully come out top after the game.
“After watching Ivory coast against Ghana, I see Nigeria against Ivory coast as a very physical battle. But I think we can outsmart them. I saw lot of opportunities which Ghana wasted but I hope we can take our chances in the game.”
