Enyimba completes signing of Austin Opara And Cyril Olisema From MFM And Akwa United Respectively

The former MFM FC Captain and central defender, Austin Opara has joined Enyimba International of Aba ahead of the 19/20 NPFL season and the CAF champions league.

The Aba Elephants secured the signature of the highly-rated defender after beating rivals  Rangers International of Enugu and Lobi Stars of Makurdi to his signature.

The departure of the experienced defender will be a big blow to MFM boss, Fidelis Ilechuukwu who reiterated his desire to keep his best legs at the club.

Ilechuckwu has not hidden his frustrations over how the Club had sold most of his reliable players to direct rivals without an adequate replacement.

Meanwhile, Enyimba has also welcomed Akwa United utility player Cyril Olisema to their fold from Akwa United.

Apart from Olisema and Opara, Enyimba has also signed forward, Victor Mbaoma from relegated Remo Stars and Lobi Stars first-choice goalkeeper, Olufemi Kayode is on the verge of sealing a deal to the club, as a replacement to Fatai Dauda who has revealed his desire to leave.
