Senegal’s 11-0 victory over the East Africans meant they totaled 24 goals; 17 less than Nigeria over two games played.
However, for the Eagles they have conceded 6 goals while Senegal are the only team yet to be breached.
Next up in group B is a top of the table clash between Senegal and Nigeria Today at the Santa Maria Beach Park.
Since 2007, the two have clashed 8 times – in the African Nations Championships – but Senegal have enjoyed dominance over their West African neighbours, winning the last five meetings between them.
Nigeria last defeated Senegal in the 2009 final of the Beach Soccer Cup of Nations.
