Lobi Stars will fight for every point available in the NPFL to ensure the objective of returning to the continent is achieved, so says left-back Ebube Duru.
The NPFL champions scrapped through to a narrow 1-0 win over a hapless Sunshine Stars side at the Aper Aku stadium on Monday to climb further up the league table from 8th to 5th, with two games in hand.
Ebube told brila.net that, ‘Two more games in hand and our main aim is to return to the continent, to represent Nigeria again. That’s why we go out there fighting for every point.
‘ We give our best, each player does because our main target is to return to the continent.’
