Nigeria Women’s senior national team player, Josephine Chukwunonye has charged the Nigeria Football Federation(NFF) to keep arranging top preparatory games for the team as that would help them develop more as a team.
The former national youth team player who was part of the Falcons team that finished seventh at the 2019 edition of the Cyprus Women’s Cup told brila.net that the Super Falcons would become a better team over time if they keep getting such tournaments to feature in.
“As an individual and as a team, I think we learnt that the world cup will be very tough. I think if we keep attending such tournaments or invitational, it will greatly improve the team from what we have on ground at the moment.”
