Former NPFL top scorer and Akwa united forward Mfon Udoh has described Wednesday’s 1-0 win over FC Ifeanyi Ubah as a very important win because they couldn’t have allowed the Nnewi based NPFL Group B League leaders open a wide gap lead on the rest of the teams in group B of the league table.
Udoh speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said the win that has moved them up to third on the league table has tightened the competition level within the group as against seeing one team establish a clear lead for others to try play catch  up.
