La Liga mid-table clubs Espanyol and Getafe want to sign Uche Agbo on loan till the end of the season, according to several reports.

According to Deniere Heure, Getafe could even include Japan international Gaku Shibasaki in the loan deal for Agbo.

Agbo started out in Spain with Granada CF and so will not be stranger should he return.

The versatile Super Eagles ace has struggled for playing time at Standard Liege under new coach Preud’Homme.

He has only managed seven starting appearances and three as a substitute in 21 league matches this season in Belgium.
