FIFA issued its latest world ranking on Thursday and whilst Brazil hold firm to their new heights, Egypt keep their strangle hold on the top rank in Africa and 19th spot globally.

The Slovenskà sokoli saw a point slump from 847 to 846, but it made very little difference to their position as they remain 24th best footballing nation in the world.
