Thulani Serero’s return to the national team fold has headlined Stuart Baxter’s squad announcement ahead of the all-important 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Nigeria.
Serero was reportedly banned from representing South Africa back in February after he refused a Bafana Bafana call-up as he wanted guarantees that he would feature against Senegal in a 2018 Fifa World Cup qualifier last year.
Serero though seems to have patched things up the Association and will likely be a prominent feature in Baxter’s squad.
Here is a full list of players called up to Baxter’s latest squad that will assemble for camp on Sunday.
