Dear Coach Sam Vincent,
The NBBF has been monitoring the goings on in Atlanta closely and we are not satisfied with a lot of things, and some due to your engagement with us as Coach.
You left the National Women’s Team Camp in Atlanta since Friday 27th July, 2018, without permission from anybody and you have continuously remained absent.
I was informed that you were to return by Tuesday 31st July, 2018, and you have written further that you will instead try to make it on Friday the 3rd of August.
We are also aware that you took Mr. Joseph Katuka whom you brought to assist in the Camp  with you and both of you remain absent all through the tough times that  was brewing in the Camp on the date you departed. You preferred to be a phone and watsapp coach with no pretex of unifying and consolidating the team members, including some Federation members.[sic]
It is noted that since the Camp opened on 19th July , you have  spent only 5 days with the team out of the 14 days so far.  In our opinion, you have clearly exhibited an unprofessional attitude towards your assignment and we do not believe that we can work with you any more as coach that can lead our National Team this way.
As such, be  informed that you are hereby relieved of your appointment as our National  Women’s Coach, to allow you concentrate better on your other activities, and allow us regroup the willing members of our team in time for the World Cup. You will be compensated for the 5 days of presence at the Atlanta camp.
We thank you for qualifying  the Team for the World Cup, and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
Ahmadu Musa Kida,
President, NBBF
