France international and former team mate of Ik Uche, Andre-Pierre Gignac has claimed he would ‘rather die’ than sign for Ligue 1 giants PSG.

The imposing striker plied his trade in France’s premier division for eleven years between 2004 and 2015, before seeking a move to Mexico to continue his goal-scoring exploits.

Ever since his surprise move to Tigres Gignac has been continuously linked with a move back to France, with PSG among those frequently mentioned.

But, speaking candidly about the chances of him ever joining the reigning French champions, Gignac was particularly damning.

‘It’s just PSG that I hate. I’d rather die than sign for them,’ Gignac told Life And Style magazine.

‘Even if PSG offered me a salary 10 times greater, I wouldn’t go, he added.
