Sunday Oliseh will be paid $30,000 for his part in Nigeria’s world cup qualifiers according to a report confirming payment of World Cup bonuses to the Super Eagles.
Oliseh was in-charge of the team between 2015 – February 2016, and took charge of two world cup matches – the preliminary home and away game against Swaziland.
As per Colin Udoh [Kwese ESPN] World Cup bonuses (qualification bonuses and share of the FIFA income) will be paid to all players and coaches who participated in the qualifiers.
“All the player and coaches who took part in the World Cup qualifying matches are getting paid. Players are being done first, then officials, but those going to Russia have been paid already,” Colin Udoh quoted an FA source.
“Some of the other players who were not in this squad have also been paid although others have not sent in their bank details. All the money is in the NFF accounts and will be paid to them as soon as they send in their details.”
