Super Eagles forward, Moses Simon sat out Thursday’s “intensive training” session after a third scan to ascertain his level of fitness was carried out in London.
Simon is reportedly sidelined with a hamstring and watched as the team stepped up their preparation for Saturday’s friendly against England at Wembley.
The Super Eagles media officer, Toyin Ibitoye, told Babafemi Raji on Brila FM’s Sports Machine that the player’s scan result will be delivered on Friday.
Nigeria Manager, Gernot Rohr is yet to name his final 23-man squad for the FIFA 2018 World Cup but has pruned his initial 30-man preliminary and still has to set the rule on three more names.
