Super Eagles and Enyimba International goalkeeper, Ikechukwu Ezenwa has stated that he’s mentally ready for next summer’s world cup in Russia.
In a brief chat with www.brila.net, the former FC Ifeanyi Ubah shot-stopper played down injury worries as he has declared himself mentally fit and ready to play.
According to the CHAN Eagles skipper, Ezenwa said he dreams playing in the world cup like every other player, believing that Nigeria will make Africa proud when the FIFA Mundial gets underway.
Ezenwa was a part of the Nigeria squad that faced Poland and Serbia in the March international friendly matches in Wroclaw and London respectively. Although, the goalkeeper was an unused substitute in both matches.
