Super Falcons Coach Thomas Dennerby has named his 21 players, for the 2018 WAFU Women’s Cup slated for Ivory Coast from 14 to 24 February.
Dennerby has decided to prosecute the competition with players drawn from the Nigeria Women Football League.
Among the players handed a spot in the squad includes U-20 stars Rasheedat Ajibade, Anam Imo and Famuditi Kemi.
The 2018 WAFU Women’s Cup is the maiden edition of the competition and will involve 8 teams drawn in two groups of four.
Nigeria was drawn in group B against Benin, Senegal and Mali.
