Borussia Dortmund is already in a formal agreement with Chelsea over a loan move for the out-of-favour attacker, Michy Batshuayi.
That is the latest development with the Blues reportedly striking a deal to send Batshuayi to Germany on loan.
Media reports suggested Dortmund had set all their target on Batshuayi as a capable replacement for out-going goal-bomber, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Meanwhile, Aubameyang is edging closer to an exit from Dortmund after submitting a transfer request, according to a valid report.
The Gabonese attacking sensation has reportedly done this amid talks that he is close to earning a switch to Arsenal.
Aubameyang who moved to the Bundesliga side in 2013 has even reached a personal agreement with the Gunners, according to Bild.
The same source has also disclosed Dortmund who have been watching Batshuayi since are eyeing the Belgian to replace Aubameyang.
Meanwhile, Batshuayi has failed to settle well under Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte since joining from Marseille in the year 2016.
And so far, so good during the ongoing 2017/18 term, he has made only two starts in the Premier League.
Meanwhile, Arsenal are very sure of signing 28-year-old Aubameyang who is under fire at Dortmund this very month of January.
According to a report from England, a deal between Chelsea and Dortmund for the Belgian has seen the light of day.
