Chelsea’s Eniola Aluko on PSG Transfer radar

Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing Nigeria born English striker Eniola Aluko from Chelsea Ladies and talks are ongoing, according to The Independent.

The talismanic Aluko who has over 100 international caps, has scored five goals in 10 appearances this season and has five months left on her contract at Chelsea.

Given her limited starts under manager Emma Hayes, Eni is considering a fresh start abroad.

Last year the forward accused England women’s coach Mark Sampson of bullying and racism.

The Welsh tactician was cleared by an initial report in March, but further evidence led to his departure from the role and a parliamentary inquiry into the FA’s handling of the matter.

Aluko was paid £80,000 to keep quiet over the incident but hasn’t been called up to the England team since May 2016, despite being fifth in the Lionesses’ all-time goalscoring charts.

Eniola is the daughter of a former Nigerian Senator, Gbenga Aluko who represented Ekiti South Senatorial district at the Red Chambers from 1999-2003.

Her Younger brother, Omatsone also plays football in England with Reading in the Championship.
