Victor Moses and Ainsley Maitland-Niles put up a show on Wednesday night in the first-leg semi-final of the Carabao Cup at Stamford Bridge.
The first meeting between the two was just a week ago in the reverse fixture of the Premier League at the Emirates.
On that occasion Moses only lasted 56 minutes and fair enough the 20-year-old had the better of the Nigerian.
But on Wednesday night, the two went head to head, trying to outdo each other again.
Initially, it looked like a night for Moses and his Countryman, Alex Iwobi, but that became secondary.
Despite the goalless result, there were several talking points including VAR and penalty decisions not given.
This time around both saw 90 minutes and Moses adapted well playing against perhaps his toughest opponent this season.
Moses posted 62.5% of 40 completed passes including four goals attempt – with two on target.
The younger man wasn’t so much a goal threat – albeit he caused his opposite number some restless moments.
Meanwhile, the Gooner was better on pass completion posting 75% of 44 completed pass.
With their stats stacked up in comparison and on account of their performances on the night, who you got?
