Sweet 21 wasn’t Sweet at all for Wilfred Ndidi on Saturday as the Leicester City Midfielder was sent off in the PL game against Crystal Palace.
Leicester City were nailed to the cross, trailing 2-0 with 40 minutes of the first half action gone.
Ndidi first crossed paths with the Referee for a bad tackle on 52 minutes.
As the Foxes pushed to reduce the deficit the Nigeria International got more involved in the attack, however, it was much to his undoing.
An attempted one-two with Riyad Mahrez saw Ndidi go down inside the box appealing for a penalty but, got a second yellow as the Referee rightly booked him for diving.

Unfortunately, it turns out it was his first sending off – albeit from two yellow cards – in his senior career.
