Hugely talented Swedish-Nigeria player, Michael Omoh has expressed his optimism on former club Ostersunds causing an upset for EPL side, Arsenal in the Europa League.
The 26-year-old midfielder played for two seasons in Ostersunds FK before moving on to join a bigger Swedish side, Orebro SK.
Speaking in an interview with brila.net, Omoh, who is also a Swedish citizen said Osterstunds can upset Arsenal in the Europa League round of 32.
“It’s just football and you can hardly predict things right, but I believe Osterstunds can beat Arsenal.
The Attacking midfielder also spoke on his failed transfer to English Championship side, Barnsley, which was largely due to lack of work permit in England.
Omoh, however, now has his Swedish citizenship that qualifies him to play in England and in other big Leagues.
“I still nurse the ambition to play outside Sweden someday particularly now that it is even easier for me having just been given the Swedish passport”, Omoh told brila.
