Victor Moses returned to action for Chelsea on Wednesday night in the narrow 1-0 win against Swansea at the Bridge.
The 26-year-old was named on the bench for the second consecutive game since returning form a 2 month injury lay off. But he would get his chance against the Swans playing 15 minutes.
The wing-back apparently was rusty from the long lay off and Manager Antonio Conte has hinted he won’t rush the Nigeria International back to the starting XI.
Conte spoke after Wednesday’s win and ahead of a 9 game fixture pile-up in December for the English champions.
The Italian Manager said the 26-year-old must find the Best physical condition to play his way back into the XI, but stated that he is also pleased that Moses is available once again for selection.
“He has to find the best physical condition, I will continue to play with Davide even if he’s had to play many games. Now Victor is ready and I’m pleased for this.”
