Juventus will turn their attention to Atalanta’s Nigerian star, Ademola Lookman, ahead of the summer transfer window, as complications arise in their pursuit of Victor Osimhen.
The Turin giants are aiming to bolster their attacking options ahead of next season and have been linked with several centre-forwards.
While Osimhen remains the club’s dream signing, the financial demands surrounding the Napoli striker have made the deal increasingly complex.

Osimhen’s €10 million annual salary and €70 million release clause, combined with strong interest from Manchester United have pushed Juventus to explore alternative options.
Napoli’s sporting director, Giovanni Manna, is reportedly in talks with Manchester United over a potential move for Osimhen, which could also pave the way for Danish striker Rasmus Højlund to head in the opposite direction.
With that deal hanging in the balance, Juventus have turned to Lookman, who has enjoyed a standout season with Atalanta.
The 27-year-old has long been on the radar of Juventus sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli and was reportedly discussed during a dinner meeting with Atalanta’s Tony D’Amico earlier this year.

Lookman and Atalanta are reportedly set to part ways at the end of the season, with a number of clubs in both Serie A and the Premier League showing interest.
Atalanta is expected to demand around €60 million for the forward, with Napoli also among the suitors.
Since joining Atalanta in 2022 for a reported €15 million, Lookman has become one of the club’s most valuable players.
He played a key role in their Europa League triumph last season and has continued his fine form this term, scoring 18 goals and providing seven assists in all competitions.
