Nigerian defender, Osinachi Ohale opened her goal account for the season as Pachuca Femenil secured a dominant 6-1 victory over FC Juárez in the Mexican Liga MX Femenil Clausura on Tuesday.
Pachuca wasted no time asserting their dominance at Estadio Miguel Hidalgo, netting four goals in the first half.
Veronica Corral opened the scoring in the 6th minute before Nina Nicosia doubled the lead in the 24th minute.
Corral struck again three minutes after the half-hour mark, making it 3-0.
Mural Delgadillo added the fourth goal in the 39th minute, capping off a ruthless first-half display.
Corral completed her hat trick in the 58th minute, taking Pachuca’s tally to five.
Ohale then sealed the rout in the 65th minute with a powerful header, marking her first goal of the campaign.

Juárez pulled one back in the 67th minute through Annia Mejia, but it proved to be a mere consolation.
Nigerian Players’ Contributions
Ohale, who was instrumental in Pachuca’s solid defensive performance, was substituted in the 69th minute for Daniela Flores.
Meanwhile, her compatriot Chinwendu Ihezuo was also in action, coming off in the 76th minute for Ayooluwa Oke.
League Standings & Next Fixture
With this victory, Pachuca remains at the top of the Liga MX Femenil standings with 22 points from eight games, holding a one-point lead over Club América.
Pachuca will next face Santos Laguna on February 15, 2025, as they continue their pursuit of the Clausura title.
